The First Time We Meet

Like every great love story you start with a humble boy, lost, exploring the world around him in search of something; and a beautiful young girl who is just waiting to be rescued.

Sadly this isn’t one of those love stories, but it is still something cute. It starts off with a boy and his friends lost in a hotel, trying to find the rest of their friends. But along the way one of the boys sees the most beautiful girls he has ever seen in his life, and at a loss of words he looks at his friend with his jaw wide open and eyes so wide it look like he was struck by a billion of cupids arrows. A girl so beautiful that every time he looked back he would freeze like a deer caught in headlights, a girl so beautiful that you could feel like the earth stopped spinning just for a second so you could awe in her beauty, a girl so beautiful words wouldn’t do her justice. 

So captivated by the sight of her he had to talk to her, it was as if he didn’t hear her voice everything in the world wouldn’t make sense. But his friends, shy and timid as him, weren’t of much help; I guess they to where captivated by her beauty too. As time trickled on for what felt like forever they looked from afar, all wondering who would speak to her first. Finally the boy walked up to her, looking back every so often trying to find a way out of his stupid decision, but something he couldn’t control kept drawing him closer and closer. He reaches her and with all confidence he could muster up he says, “Hello, I am sorry but you are way to beautiful. I just need to know your name” ….

Expecting the worst, he surprisingly hears “ohh, Hi I am Tara”. He could hear the shyness in her voice so he starts to calm down a little and they both start talking; I mean after he fucks up a little and trips over a few words. But how can you blame him? Her beauty was equivalent to that of an Goddess. Soon his friends find enough courage to join him… (or in other words cock block him) They talk as long as time permits them to; eventually they had part ways; never knowing if they will ever see each other again….

Unbeknownst to them this was a real love story, the boy lost in search of his friends, a beautiful young girl waiting to be resuced from boredom; what more could you ask for?

PS: *Surprise Ending/Spoiler Alert!* Yes they do end up falling in love and getting married [or that is the plan at least ;)] 

Do you have time?

People now a days are so caught up in everyday problems, that they forget that life is a journey. That we all live for love, for our family and friends, our need to have new experiens and form new memories. We are here to enjoy and make the most of our short existence in this universe.

But life isn’t as simple as that; for with love there comes hatred, with family and friends we must have trust, and with that comes deceit, and with new experiences you can never predict if they will be good or bad. However, all these things are just part of the journey.

Anyway, the point I was trying to get to was this; along this journey you are bound to find heart break and hatred, and lose trust and fall for deceit, and have a bunch of bad memories, along with the good. But never lose yourself along the way. Take a break away from the adventure for yourself. Your friends, your family, all those memories and experiences are right outside, they aren’t going anywhere. But don’t stress yourself to the point where you forget that this YOUR adventure, this is YOUR story; so make some time for yourself away from all the problems, just for a little.

Take 2 minutes out of your day, get comfortable, turn off everything around you, and close your eyes, and listen to this song; let your mind wonder worry free; just for a little.
